UConn women’s basketball team regroups after Dorka Juhász injured

Juhász grabbed an offensive rebound and attempted a putback

when she appeared to fall on her wrist at the 6:19 mark of the second quarter.

UConn’s athletic trainer was immediately called over before Juhász, in visible pain,

ultimately left the floor with a towel over her wrist.

Entering Monday, Juhász was averaging 7.5 points and 5.8 rebounds

20.4 minutes per game for the Huskies.

The Huskies, who were visibly shaken up by the injury,

managed to extend their lead to 10 before NC State cut the deficit to six at the half.
